Assistant Executive Director of Quality Improvement at the Hamad Healthcare Quality Institute (HHQI-HMC).- MB,BCh- MPH
Dr. Reham She is leading various improvement initiatives and workstreams as IHI- HMC partnership manager, including the National Value Improvement Collaborative (NVIC), HMC patient flow collaborative, and Age-Friendly collaborative, additional to her contributions to all education and training programs related to quality and patient safety. She is also the lead for the national OPD improvement initiative.
She served as A. lecturer CHS-QU, supporting the HSI MPH concentration and supervises master's practicum projects.
Her background is a clinical hematologist, Dr. Reham has been with HMC for two decades, starting as a front-line physician, when she prepared for JCI accreditation and led numerous improvement projects.
Dr. Reham holds (CPHQ) and Six Sigma Green Belt. She is also certified as a level 1 clinical microsystems Coach by The Dartmouth Institute Microsystem Academy in 2013.
She is a coach & facilitator in l programs as communication course of the HMC medical education and several Qatar University (CHS and CMED) workshops for undergraduate students. She is scientific committee members, lead and speakers in several healthcare forums and conferences, both locally and internationally, highlights her commitment to improving healthcare quality and patient experience.
